CSS has delivered outstanding results for global mining giant BHP Billiton at their Olympic Dam mine with the installation of two 50 kilowatt computer room air conditioning units.
Working to the mine site’s stringent occupational health and safety standards, CSS converted the units from room to ducted discharge including the creation of a cold aisle containment area for more efficient cooling.
Work on the Process Control room is linked directly to the ongoing operation of the mine so this project really was ‘mission critical’.
